The new password must comply with the following rules:
- must be different from the username,
- length between 8 and 20 characters,
- must contain at least one number,
- must contain at least one upper case letter,
- must contain at least one lowercase letter,
- must contain at least one special character ()@#-_$%^&+=§!?
- and it must not coincide with the previous password.
